I have two payment cards (VIZA, Master). But I could not use them today. They says there is a common problem in the banking system. Please, tell me when the system begins to work again?

Please know that we are not experiencing any known issues in regard to our Visa cards at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience you've encountered.

If you are unable to call, feel free to send a secure message via Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
