Welcome to TD Helps, Lynne and we'll be glad to offer some suggestions that may help you keep good records of your Checking account.
Our online banking is a perfect tool for our Customers to balance their accounts and review transactions. If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you will be able to view your TD account balance online right after logging on to your account. You may also view your transactions and account history as well. Please login to your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, and you'll immediately be shown the Accounts page, where you can view your current balances. If you'd like more information, click on the individual account to view recent activities.
As you'd like to balance your Checking account from 04/2014, you may review your previous monthly statements online by following the steps below:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen 2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on 3. Click on the “Statements & Notices” tab. 4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r to start the enrollment. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number, email address and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions, please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
After reviewing your previous statements, if you still have questions about your Checking account, we invite you to speak with a Banking Specialist directly at the same telephone number listed above. Upon account verification, they'll be more than happy to review your account with you in details and answer any questions you may have about your account during the call. You also have the option to visit your local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours and a Store Representative will be glad to sit down and review your account with you together. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope you find our answer helpful and please don't hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions. Lynne, have a wonderful rest of your day!
