We appreciate your question, Joi'. We're happy to point you in the right direction to get logged back in online.
Our dedicated Digital Specialists can help with changing your security questions. To do so, please dial 800-493-7562, 24/7. Once you're verified, they will be able to reset the security question that's causing you trouble. If you prefer, you can also stop by any TD Bank Store. For lobby hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
A few tips to consider that may help you in the future with remembering your security questions and answers include: Only selecting security questions that are meaningful to you. For instance, if your pets are more important to you than your first car, select the pet question. Avoiding abbreviations in your answer, like "Rd." instead of "Road". Answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive. This means you only have to remember the answer, not whether or not you capitalized any of the words in your answer.
Once you're logged in, if you'd like to update the answers to any of your other security questions please click on the "Customer Service" tab then select the "Change Security Questions/Answers" under the Self Service section.
Feel free to look around while you're here on TD Helps and have a wonderful day.
