I haven't used my debit card yet. I can't remember if a pin was assigned or if I should enter one online.

We understand your concern, John and we'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
If you are unsure as to whether or not you activated your debit card, we recommend reaching out to us directly for assistance. You are able to call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Specialists will be glad to review your debit card and determine its status.
You are also able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours to discuss your debit card. Our Representatives there are able to reset your PIN on the spot! To take a look at TD Stores and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you prefer, you are also able to send a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Our Specialists via telephone and secure message are able to send you a PIN reminder via mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for your PIN reminder to arrive.
