i heard there was a promotion going on for a free samsung tablet for opening a credit card & spending $500 in the first 90 days is this true?

The tablet is a 7-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite 7.0. Kindly keep in mind that the tablet can be replaced with an item of similar value at the Bank's discretion due to availability. In order to qualify, you must spend $500 in total net purchases using that card within 90 days of the account-opening date.

Good afternoon. In order to qualify for the free tablet, it says I have to make $500 in net purchases in the first 90 days. Would this include balance transfers as well or only actual purchases?

I am trying to ask a new question, but cant seem to get to the place to do it. I just read the terms in the link provided, and the tablet is not mentioned. My question is simple. I opened an account in early november, and used the card for the $500 required purchases in the first week. It has been 7 plus weeks since i spent the $500, and i was wondering when the tablet will arrive. please inform me of the timeframe. it says 6 to 8 weeks fron the time you meet the terms of the promotion
