Thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question, Raul. We’d be happy to provide you with a few options.
If you are inquiring about your existing TD Bank Visa Credit Card, please contact us 24/7 at 888-561-8861 and speak with a TD Credit Card Customer Service Representative for further assistance.
If you have recently applied for a new TD Visa Credit Card and would like to know the status of your application, when applying for a TD Bank Visa Credit Card, a decision will be issued to you in writing. This letter will be mailed to you approximately 7-10 business days from the date of your application is received. If you are approved, the Credit Card will normally be mailed to your address on file within 7-10 business days. Please note, there might be a delay when shipping to an address outside the United States.
If you prefer, you may also obtain a decision on your credit application by calling TD Card Services at 1-888-561-8861. You may reach out to them at your earliest convenience, as they are available 24/7.
If you have TD Checking accounts and have not received a TD Visa Debit Card for your Checking account, please review the following options:
If you have already requested a new debit card while opening your new TD Bank Checking account online or over the telephone, you should expect to receive your card at the address you provided via mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
If you did not request a debit card during account opening process or need a new debit card immediately, you may obtain one by visiting any of your local TD Bank Store. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card seven days a week while you wait. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Once at the Store, if you have already ordered a new debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
We hope you find our answer helpful and please don't hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
