Generally speaking, for direct deposits, funds are available to you on the date designated by your depositor. These types of deposits are processed overnight at varying times and the funds will be available for use, such as for ATM withdrawals or debit card purchases, once processing is complete. We invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
If you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your direct deposits and balances online. You may also view the transactions as well. After you are logged onto your account, you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you want to view.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process.
