question that was tripping me up was deleted but I still am not able to login. Three strikes & I am out so I did not try again. If I try to login more than three times my a/c gets blocked. The problem is that I am retired and living in Argentina so I can't waltz in to the branch to straighten it all out and do no have a landline phone so I have to go to a call center every time I run into a problem. Tks for any help.
