From your message, it sounds as though you no longer have any active accounts with TD Bank. If this is the case, please note that once all of your accounts are fully closed, your online access will automatically be removed and you'll no longer be able to log in. If you have any additional remaining accounts, your online access will continue to be available unless you request to remove it.
