If you're currently enrolled for TD Bank BusinessDirect online banking and you've been enrolled for at least 30 days, you're more than welcome to submit your address change online. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and once you have done so, click the Customer Service tab. On that page, please use the Change Address and Phone Number link to submit your change of address form.
If your business account has only one signer and it's been open for longer than 30 days, you're also welcome to request an address change 24/7 via telephone at 888-751-9000, and one of our Banking Specialists will be glad to help you.
Otherwise, for business deposit accounts with multiple signers or if your account has not yet been open for 30 days, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours, or by mail.
