Thanks for writing in today, Chris! We'll be glad to point you in the right direction.
TD Debit Card Advance is an optional overdraft service we offer with our Checking accounts that may help you avoid debit card declines. If your account is enrolled in this service, we may allow you to authorize ATM transactions or one-time debit card purchases even if you don't have enough money available in your account. We ask that you take a look here: http://bit.ly/1voNBCy for more details and also here: http://bit.ly/Yv0ulC for more specific information.
Keep in mind that this is a discretionary service, a purchase or withdrawal on your account can be declined even if your account is enrolled in this feature. You're more than welcome to contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can review your account and this service with you in more detail. Or, if you'll be nearby one of our Stores, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
As we'd like to assist you directly, we are unable to do so as this is considered a public forum. With that said, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours to inquire about your available balance. We invite you to Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this helps, Chris and enjoy the rest of your evening!
