We're sorry to hear that you've lost your debit card, Endi, and we'd be glad to help with the next steps.
If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to reach out to a Banking Specialist. You can connect with us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, by visiting any TD Store or by sending a secure message.
You can check out TD Stores and their hours here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Sending a secure message is easy! To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
Once speaking with a Banking Specialist, they would be glad to close your current card, review your account for unauthorized activity and help you obtain a new debit card.
Keep in mind that cards requested over the phone or via secure message may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive. If you need a new card sooner, you can receive a new card during a visit to your local TD!
If you're referring to your TD credit card, please connect with us 24/7 at 888-561-8861 or visit a TD Store.
Talk to you soon, Endi. Have a great afternoon!
