i made a 300.00 payment to njm insurance and it should have been to key bank

This does sound concerning, Debra, and we'd be happy to help.
If the payment is still listed as Pending, you can cancel it using Bill Pay. First, sign in here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Once signed in, you may follow the steps below to cancel your payment:
1. Click on the Bill Pay tab located at the top of your screen.
2. The pending payment for the biller will listed on the right-side of the page under pending payments.
3. Click on Cancel
4. Click on the cancel payment button
Please note, if the payment has begun processing, you will not be able to cancel it.
