Good morning Reginald,
Happy Monday to you and we hope all is well!
For a direct deposit, you'll need your routing and account numbers and we'll be happy to help you find this info from here.
For your routing number, if you do not already have this info, please note that routing numbers are based on the State where you originally opened your account. For a list of our routing numbers by State, you can visit: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF.
For your account number, if you have a checking account with TD Bank and have some checks, your account number is located on the bottom of your check to the right of the routing number. Please see http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K for an example for both.
In addition, if you receive paper statements for your account, your account number would be located in the top right corner of your statement.
If you don't have either of these nearby to find your account number, don't worry because we have more options for you. Another easy way to locate this is to log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you log in, you will be brought to the Accounts tab, which lists any accounts you have and their full account numbers. Please keep in mind that if you are already banking online and use the TD Mobile App on your phone or other device, it would be necessary to log in to our full site at the link above to view your account number.
If you don't bank online with TD Bank yet, we invite you to contact a Banking Specialist, 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can enroll you after account verification during your call.
Otherwise, to obtain any of this information including a form, you are welcome to visit any TD Bank store location during our convenient lobby hours. Please find a store near you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
In addition, if it is useful for you, feel free to use our Direct Deposit Authorization Form available for download at http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6. This form can be presented to your employer to begin your direct deposit.
We hope this takes care of it for you, Reginald! If not, please let us know about any questions using the "Reply" button.
Have a great week ahead!
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
