Welcome to TD Helps and the TD family, Laura! If you're looking for your account number, there are several ways available for you to locate it. The first way is to check the top right hand side of your paper statement. In addition, if you have your checkbook handy, the second set of numbers is your account number. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help. If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours and a nearby TD Store. To find a Store location and hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balances, transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking. Routing numbers are based upon the TD location where you originally opened your account. For a list of our current routing numbers please check out http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF . If you're not certain which TD you opened your account at, your routing number will also be listed on the bottom of your checks. Otherwise, you're invited to give us a call 24/7 at the number listed above or by visiting your local TD Store. If the above information is not what you're looking for, you may submit a new question here with additional details, contact the 24/7 number listed above or visit a TD Store for assistance. Hope you find this helpful and let us know if you have any other questions.
