After the account opening process, your debit card will be mailed approximately 7-10 business days following the verified opening of your new account. Please note, we are unable to provide your debit card number via the telephone or email for the security of your account. Since you are trying to enroll in Online Banking, we understand your concern. Not to worry though. We have some solutions.
If you have already made your initial deposit, you can contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for assistance. After they verify your initial deposit and verify your account, they can set up your Online Banking while on the phone.
If you have not made your initial deposit, you can visit any TD Store where they can not only help you enroll for Online Banking but issue you a debit card on the spot! For Store hours and locations please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
