Thanks for contacting TD Helps today. We are more than happy to assist you with accessing your account information.
Upon opening an account, you should receive a welcome kit with your bank account information. If you do not have access to your welcome kit at this time, you may still gain online access for your account! You may wish to call us at our 24/7 customer service at 1-800-493-7562 and a representative will assist you with enrollment. Additionally, you may visit your nearest TD Bank at http://bit.ly/TDStores during regular business hours for assistance with enrollment.
Let us know if you have any other questions. Have a great day Christine!

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Eleanor. We're happy to hear you're looking to add extra security to your account, and we'll be happy to guide you in any way we can.
Before deciding on the password you would like to use on your account, please note that your password can only be up to ten (10) characters long. In addition, only characters and numbers may be used.
Once you have selected the password that you wish to have added to your account, you may then contact a Customer Service Representative at whichever way is most convenient for you. The fastest and easiest way to do so would be to send a Secure Message through your Online Banking. To log into your Online Banking, you may follow the link provided here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. In the message, be sure to include what you would like to have as your password so it may be added by an E-Mail Specialist.
You may also contact a Live Customer Service Representative at 1-888-751-9000, who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you have been verified by a Specialist, they will be more than happy to further assist you with adding more security to your account. You're also able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helped address all of your concerns, Eleanor, and please enjoy the rest of your day.
Customer Service Team, Mount Laurel
