If you are currently enrolled for Online Banking for your existing Savings account, your new Checking account should be added to your existing Online Banking profile automatically if they are both personal accounts under your name or both business accounts under the same TIN and business name.
If the answer is yes to either of the two scenarios listed above and you are still not seeing the new Checking account online, we ask that you please contact our Tech Support Team 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. After one of our Specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to add the new account to your Online Banking in no time. Also you can visit your local TD Bank Store with your valid photo ID during the lobby hours, where a Representative will be able to help you.
