If you have not received your debit card yet and would like to set up your Online Banking, no worries! You may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started in no time.
If you have already requested a new debit card while opening your new TD Bank Checking account online, you should expect to receive your card at the address you provided via mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
If you did not request a debit card during the account opening process or need a new debit card immediately, you may obtain one by visiting any of your local TD Bank Stores. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card right there on the spot! When you are at the Store, if you have already ordered a new debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store Representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store. Please note; our Store Representatives are also able to help you to set up your Online Banking if you'd like.
