Please help. I would like to create an online banking account, but i have not received a debit card or account number yet. I created the checking account online yesterday, and would like to access my account numbers for direct deposit through my employer. Also, is it possible to get a temporary debit card at td bank location? Thanks!

Thanks for coming to TD Helps and welcome to the TD family, Kawtar! We'll be happy to assist you today. We recommend contacting our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 at your earliest convenience. Once we're able to verify your account information, we can enroll you in online banking. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. You also mentioned that you would need a debit card; you may obtain one by visiting any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Please bring a valid photo ID with you and we can make a debit card for you in minutes! Once at the Store, if you have already ordered a new debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store. If you would like, our Specialists can also assist you with setting up your online account as well. We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any questions, Kawtar. Have a great day!
