my new Acvount which you had provided. Can I fund the new Acvount with XXXX with my credit card? How can I do this online? I am out of town and might not be able to get into a TD branch for 45 days, and I am worried the account will be closed before I am able to fund it. Can I fund with XXXX with my credit card?

We're sorry to hear that you weren't able to fund your new account during the account opening process. If you currently have a TD Bank Credit Card that you are attempting to fund your account with, we'd like to apologize as, at this time, in order to credit funds from a Credit Card to your account, a cash advance would need to be performed. At this time, cash advances can only be performed in person at any financial institution offering this service, including TD Bank.
When performing a cash advance, please be aware that fees may be assessed, and we recommend reviewing the terms for your credit card for more information on these fees. If you currently have a credit card with another financial institution, we recommend connecting with them directly to go over your options when wanting to perform a transfer to your new TD Bank account.
Additionally, if you have another deposit account with another financial institution, such as a Checking or Savings, you would have the option to transfer from that account to your TD Bank account directly from your TD Bank Personal Online Banking. As you mentioned that you are also unaware of your account number, this is a great way for you to retrieve this information as well. If you haven't yet signed up for Online Banking, don't worry, as this can be easily completed by connecting with a Tech Support Specialist, 24/7, at 800-493-7562.
Once you're able to access your Online Banking using this link: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, you will immediately be able to access your full account number under the 'Account Number' section towards the center of your screen. When you're ready to perform a transfer from an external account, you'll first want to click on the 'Transfers' tab, towards the top, left hand side of your screen. Then, under 'Help and Related Tools', click on 'Transfer to or from your external accounts.'
If you have never used this feature before, you will need to enter in the information of the external account you wish to receive funds from. To do so, simply click on the link that reads 'Add a New Account' under the 'Transfer' section. From here, select the account type, followed by the nickname you wish to give this account. Then, you'll need to enter in the routing number and the account number for this account, and just to confirm, we ask that you enter in the account number a second time. Once you have followed all the prompts, your external account will then be added, and you will be able to select this account under 'From' in the 'Transfer' section. After entering the amount, the account you wish to receive the funds to, the date you wish to have the funds sent, as well as a memo, you can simply click 'Continue'.
