It's great to have you join us in the TD Helps community, Brooke, and thank you for opening a new account with TD Bank!
Typically, you should expect to receive your new TD Debit Card via mail approximately 7-10 business days following the verified opening of the new Checking Account. Please note when the card is mailed to you, it will come in a plain white envelope for security purposes and longer delays may occur depending on your postal office.
If you need your debit card sooner than it coming in the mail, you're more than welcome to visit a TD Bank Store where our Specialists can instantly issue you a debit card and you can walk away with the card in your hand! Once at the Store, if you have already ordered a new debit card which is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store. To find help find the nearest TD Bank Store location to you and their lobby hours, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps and enjoy the rest of your day!
