Hey James, we appreciate you coming to TD helps with your inquiry and we'd like to welcome you to our TD Family!
If you opened your new TD Bank Account via the phone or Online and received your TD Debit Card in the mail, you receive a PIN mailer in separate mailing after you receive your ATM/Debit Card. Once you receive the PIN, all you need to do is contact our Voice Response Unit at (888) 553-4122 to activate your card. If you opened the account at a TD Store and received your card the same day but do not recall setting up a PIN for your Debit Card, we ask that you visit your TD Store for further assistance or calling our 24/7 Customer Service line to have a reminder sent out to you. They can be reached at 888-751-9000. Either way, they would be able to help.
You also have the option of banking at the convenience of your own home with our TD Online Banking and even on the go with our TD Mobile App. If you have not enrolled, please visit here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. You will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number and, email address. If you do not have the required information to set up for your Personal Online Banking, or still have issues trying to enroll, that’s okay! We can provide other options for you. You may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a dedicated Digital Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you set up! You can also visit your local TD Bank Store for assistance. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you've created your online account or if you are enrolled already, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking. Please note that the Mobile Banking app is available for iPhones, Android and Blackberry phones at this time. Again, if you have any issues with the Mobile Banking app or need assistance logging in, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists.
Please note, in order to use our TD Mobile Deposit feature, your account must be at least 90 days or longer with an active checking, savings or money market account.
We hope this helps James. Have a great night and let us know if you have any other questions.
