And I didn't get any checks. Shouldn't I have received a check book?

First we'd like to let you know that when opening a checking account, it is necessary to request the checks in particular if you'd like to have them, as they won't be automatically ordered. If you did request them, they typically arrive within 10 business days to the address we have on file for your account.
If you did not request to order checks at the time of your account opening, no worries. To order your first set of checks, we ask that you contact us directly to place this order. You are able to call our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, they will be glad to submit a check order for you.
