Welcome to the TD Family, Mary!
The online account opening process does not immediately transition into Online Banking enrollment because there are pieces of information that you may not have in order to enroll such as a TD ATM/Visa Debit Card. That doesn't mean that you are unable to enroll! You can contact us directly to enroll in Online Banking so you may view your accounts. To do so we ask that you contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. For hours and locations of TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Whichever you choose, our Representatives will be happy to assist you in enrolling.
Alternatively, you may wait until your ATM/Visa Debit Card arrived and enroll from your home computer. You can do so by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your TD ATM/Debit card. If you have any trouble enrolling, we ask that you either contact the 24/7 number mentioned above or visit a TD Store during lobby hours.
We hope this helps Mary and have a great night.
