I just opened up an account online. I'm going to a branch to make my initial deposit today. Can I get a debit card from the location today or would I still have to wait for the one to come in the mail?

Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Esh. We're so thrilled that you have opened new accounts with us!
If you recently opened your account either online or by telephone and requested a debit card, you should expect to receive your debit card via mail within 7-10 business days. Please note, delays may occur depending on your Postal Office.
If you need your debit card sooner, you have the option of stopping by any TD Bank location during lobby hours and pick one up within five minutes! Please visit: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find a Store near you. Once at the Store, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
We hope that this helps out, Esh. Let us know if you have any other questions.
