We appreciate you coming by, Tina. Welcome to the TD Family! We'd be happy to provide details regarding your new TD Debit Card.
As you applied for a TD account online at www.tdbank.com and if requested a new debit card during account opening, you should expect to receive your card via mail at the address you provided within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your postal office. Your card will arrive in a plain white envelope.
If you would prefer to have your new debit card immediately, you may obtain one by visiting any TD Bank Store nearby you. To find your closest TD Store location, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. You'll be happy to know that all TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card, seven days a week and you'll be able to leave with a card in hand! Once at the Store, if you did order a debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
We also invite you to look here: http://bit.ly/1D7QIEH, where you can familiarize yourself with features about your new checking account. If you have any questions at all, feel free to chat with us on TD Helps, call us at the number above or stop in at a Store.
We hope this was helpful, Tina. Should you need anything else, please let us know. Enjoy your day!
