Welcome to TD Helps, Damian. We are excited to hear you've joined our TD Family. Congrats on your new job! We'd be happy to help.
If you have already requested a new debit card while opening your new TD Bank account online, you should expect to receive your card at the address you provided via mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
If you did not request a debit card during account opening process or need a new debit card immediately, you may obtain one by vising any of your local TD Bank Store. Please note, an initial deposit may be required before obtaining your TD debit card at your local Store. To find a TD Store location near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once at the Store and an initial deposit has been made, if you have already ordered a new debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
Your initial deposit can sent as a direct deposit. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6, where you can view and print our Direct Deposit Authorization form. Once you print it, just fill in your personal information and hand the completed form to your Employer and they'll do the rest!
You may view a list of our current routing numbers by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. If you are unsure of your routing number or your account number, please visit us during lobby hours for assistance.
We hope this helps, Damian. Have a great one and let us know if you have any further questions

While we are unable to provide your account number over the phone or through email, we'll be happy to provide you many other ways to obtain it.
You may wish to enroll for Online Banking. Once you enroll for Online Banking and after you log in via your PC or web browser on your mobile phone, you will be able to view your account number on the homepage. To enroll, we ask that you connect with us directly at 800-493-7562. After our Digital Banking Specialists verifies you, they will be more than happy to help set you up!
You may also view your account number via your paper statements, located at the top right corner of the page. If ordered checks and have received them or if you have checks for your account, your account number can be found on your check. It would be the second set of numbers located at the bottom of the check.
As always, you can also visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours for further assistance. Our Specialists can help enroll you for Online Banking and they can also provide you with your account number.
