Welcome to TD Helps, Kimberly and thanks for submitting your question. We'll be happy to help point you in the right direction!
To obtain your account number, we ask that you stop by your local TD Store for this information. Just be sure to bring a primary form of identification (Driver’s License, passport, State I.D. etc.) for verification purposes. You may also view your account number by looking at your statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. Since this is a new account, if you haven't received your statement yet, you should expect to receive it within 30 days from opening the account.
If you are looking for your routing number, routing numbers are based upon the TD location you chose as your Home Store during the application process. For a list of our current routing numbers please check out: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. If you do not remember that location, please visit us at any TD Store and we will be more than happy to help! Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores and hours near you.
We hope this helps and enjoy the rest of your day!
