We appreciate you joining the TD Family and coming to TD Helps with your question, Thelma.
The easiest way to view your account number is on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage. If you are not enrolled in online banking, there are several other options you may utilize to obtain your full account number. For the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via e-mail or over the phone.
You may view your account number located on your personal check. The account number is the second set of numbers shown on the bottom of the check. You may also view your account number by looking at your statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account. Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are currently not utilizing TD Bank Online Banking but would like to be enrolled, please review the following information. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Specialists. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours and a nearby TD Store. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking.
There are a couple of options we can provide to you to help you find your routing number.
Your routing number is the first set of numbers listed at the bottom of your checks. If you do not have any paper checks, you can check online by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. The routing numbers go by which State the account was opened in. Alternatively, if you are unsure of the State your account was opened in or if you prefer, you can contact our Customer Service line 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 or feel free to visit us at your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. For hours and locations near you, please check here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Let us know if you have any other questions and take care!
