Thank you for opening an account with us, Marie! Welcome to the TD Family. We'd be happy to help.
Your routing number is determined by the TD location in which you opened your account. For a listing of our current routing numbers, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. If you are still unsure as to which routing number to use, you can always look at the first set of numbers on the bottom of your checks or give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for clarification.
Your account number happens to be the second number listed at the bottom of your checks! If you don't have any checks handy you still have a couple options. Even without your account number, you may call us directly for assistance with your user name. You may call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and speak with our Digital Banking Specialists. After account verification, our Representatives will be able to help you log in online while you're on the phone with them! Once you do, your account number is displayed on the welcome page. If you'd like to enroll for Online Banking in person, you can do so at any TD Store during lobby hours. For hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you choose to visit a location near you, Representatives there can also provide your account number. Just be sure to bring a primary form of identification (Driver’s License, passport, State I.D. etc.) for verification purposes. You may also view your account number by looking at your statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. Since this is a new account, if you haven't received your statement yet, you should expect to receive it within 30 days from opening the account.
We hope this helps, Marie and have a great day.
