Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Ophelie. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
If you're referring to your personal TD Bank Online Banking account, and you know your current User Name and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself. Please start here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Trouble Logging In link located below the password field. After entering your username and the last four digits of your Social Security number, it will ask to you answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password!
If you can't remember some of this information, or if you're using TD Bank BusinessDirect, that's okay. Another easy way to reset your password is to contact one of our Specialists at 800-493-7562, who are available 24/7 to assist you. You also have the option to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Customer Service Representative will be happy to help. Please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR for locations and hours near you.
Please understand that while we would like to assist you directly, as TD Helps is not considered a secure forum, we do not have access to your account specific information.
We hope this helped, Ophelie, and please enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Customer Service Team, Mount Laurel
