I JUST OPENED UP A SAVINGS ACCOUNT FOR MY SON. IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN HAVE HIS SAVINGS LINKED WITH MY ONLINE ACCOUNTS OR DO I HAVE TO MAKE HIS OWN?

Hey, Francesca, thanks for the question! We appreciate your new account with us and we'll be glad to help.
If you've recently opened a new deposit account with us, these generally become available to view online 1-2 business days after opening. As long as you're listed as a signer on your son's account, you will be able to view it via your own Online Banking profile - no need to create a new one.
If you're not yet able to view your new account and this time frame has passed, usually we can fix this issue quickly and easily for you. If this is the case, please contact a Tech Support Specialist so that we can add the account to your online view. We can be reached 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
