How can I get it verified?

As you mentioned that you recently opened an account her with us, we want to first say welcome to the TD Family!
Secondly, your auto insurance company may not have recognized your account as open and active if it was just opened. It takes our system time to reflect your account information and this process will be completed by the next business day.
In the meantime, if you would like to call us with your insurance company, you are able to do so by dialing 888-751-9000. After we verify your account information, we are able to confirm your account status with your insurance company as long as you give us permission to do so.
