Hi Rochelle, welcome to TD Helps and the TD Bank family! We're glad to have you and are more than happy to help.
If you applied for your new TD Bank account online or by phone and requested a new debit card during account opening, you should expect to receive your card by mail at the address you provided within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that this timing can vary depending on your postal office.
If you would prefer to have your new debit card immediately, you may obtain one by visiting any TD Bank Store nearby you. To find your closest TD Store location, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card, seven days a week, and you'll be able to leave with a card in hand! Once at the Store, if you did order a debit card that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
We hope this is great information, Rochelle! We appreciate you choosing TD and please let us know about any other questions. Have a great one!
