i just placed a stop limit order for starbucks and now it says canceled, why?

It sounds like you may have an investment account with TD Ameritrade. While TD Bank and TD Ameritrade are both under the TD umbrella, they are separate entities. We here at TD Bank do not have access to TD Ameritrade accounts and vice versa.
