My car was financed through my Ohio address but I would like the payment notification made through my West Virginia address. How do I make the change

To change your mailing address so you can receive your payment notifications, please call 800-937-5020 to speak with one of our dedicated Financial Solutions Group Representatives who are available 24/7. You may also send a request via online banking, this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq will bring you to the login page. Once you're logged in to your account, please click on the "Customer Service" tab, then under the Self Service section you can click the link that says "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address." If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists.
If your Auto Loan is through TD Auto Finance, you may contact a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 to change your address.
