It sounds like you were charged an incorrect amount for your debit card transaction. If this is the case, a dispute will need to be filed so we may open an investigation on your behalf, once the transaction posts to the account. A dispute must be filed over the phone with a Representative. You may call us collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518, we are available 24/7.
