We'd be happy to help, Ann!
It's quick and easy to change your statement settings from within your online banking. We'd be glad to provide you with all of the instructions! All you need is to have Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or newer installed on your computer. We even provide a link to assist you if you need to upgrade this software.
To start, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select the 'Customer Service' tab. Find and click the hyperlink for 'Online Statement Settings'. Once there, select Online Statements option and select the email address where you'd like to receive your statement alerts. You'll then need to review the Online Paperless Statement Customer Agreement and hardware and software requirements. Click the check boxes indicating that you meet our system requirements and click 'Save Changes'.
Once completed, you'll be all set to receive electronic statements going forward and will no longer receive a paper statement fee.
If you have any difficulty making this change, please don't hesitate to give our Tech Support Team a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope you enjoy the rest of your day, Ann!
