If this is in regards to your personal Online Banking password, you can reset it by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're at that page, please click on the "Trouble Logging In" link (under the password field). You will need your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number and click on "Continue." Next, you will be required to answer two of your security questions and then create a new password. Please note that your new password must contain both letters and numbers and is case sensitive.
