Hey Cory, thanks for opening a secondary account with TD Bank. We'd be happy to help.
Generally speaking, when you open a new account, it should automatically appear on your existing Online and Mobile Banking within 1-2 business days. If, for some reason, your new account doesn't show up, we ask that you give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Banking Specialists will be more than happy to link that account for you! If you'd prefer, you may visit any TD location for further assistance. Additionally, you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
