Another option will be sending us a secure message via your online banking if you are currently enrolled for our online banking service. After logging onto your account from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center". You may choose a subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section. Once you finish typing, you may click on Send.
Please note if you would like to view a list of your billers on your Bill Pay profile, you can sign in using your username and password. You would then choose the “Bill Pay” tab, followed by the “Manage Your Bills” tab. You will be able to view your billers from this “Biller Name” list.
