did not ask me where the money was going to. Did it complete? Also, how do I enter the info on the Bank that I wanted the payment to go to?

In your question you mentioned that the bill payment was created through another financial institution. In this scenario, we recommend contacting the other banking institution to verify if the bill payment went through.
If the payment did go through on their end, you can check your account through Online Banking to see when the payment posts to your account. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Specialists can help enroll you for Online Banking and they can also review your account with you and answer any additional questions you may have!
