When I updated the new app on an android none of my payees info transferred, I think I need to update something on the phone , can you help?

If the app successfully updated and you are signing in with the previous username and password, all your Bill Pay information should have been stored and available in the app.
At this time, the TD Mobile App is certified to work with the following Android operating systems:
4.1.1 – 4.3.x (Jelly Bean)
