To better serve you, you may verify your address by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or feel free to visit us during lobby hours with your valid photo ID to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores and hours near you. If your contact information needs to be updated, you may request to have this information changed while you are there with the proof of your current address.
If you have enrolled for Online Banking longer than 30 days, you may also update your address by sending us a secure message online. To update your address for your Account profile, please follow these steps below:
-After you log onto your Online Banking, please select the "Customer Service" tab
-Under Self-Service, please click on the "Change Address, Phone, and E-Mail Address" link
-Check the Account you'd like the new address to reflect and fill in the fields necessary.
-After the fields have been filled in, please remember to select "Send".
Your new Address should update within 2-3 business days.
If you have not enrolled for Online Banking more than 30 days or you have a business account and you are not the only signer on your business account, you will need to visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store.
To update your mailing address for your TD Bank Visa Credit Card account, you may contact our 24/7 TD Card Services at 1-888-561-8861.
