Thanks for coming by TD Helps with your inquiry Jassodra. We would be happy to help provide options on how to view your statements online.
If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. Please call us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, if you experience any difficulties enrolling for Online Banking. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
Once you've enrolled in Online Banking and you've logged in to your account, please follow the steps below to view the statement of your choosing:
- Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
- Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
- Click on the “Statements” tab.
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
You may also view your statements if you have a TD BusinessDirect account. If you are not currently enrolled, don't worry! To begin the enrollment process, please visit http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6 or if you have already created an online account you may log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. Please note that enrollment in BusinessDirect takes up to two business days and you will receive an email containing your temporary username and password that you will have to change upon logging in. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. If you have any trouble with the enrollment process, please contact our Small Business Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562, option 2. Once enrolled or logged in you may use the following steps to view your statements:
- In the "Accounts" tab click onto "Statements"
- Choose the account and desired Statement Period using the drop down boxes
- Click onto the "View Statements" button

If you're looking to view your statement and are already enrolled in Online Banking you may do so by logging in and clicking on the Statements & Notices tab. You will then be able to choose the statement period you're looking to view the statement from and click View Statement.
If you are not yet enrolled in Online Banking and would like to be set up, please follow the directions listed above to complete the process.
Based on your question, it sounds like you may just be looking for your balance, in which case we have plenty of ways to obtain this information. You may call our automated line at 888-751-9000 for your balance. At any time during the call you're welcome to press 0 to be connected to a Banking Specialist who, after account verification, will be happy to provide you with your balance. Please note that our Specialists are available 24/7 for your convenience. You may also visit a nearby TD location for assistance. I have not received a printed statement of my TD Visa account since November - due Dec 29, 2015.
I have requested them to be sent to me from now on. However, would like to have Dec, Jan, Feb and mARCH ON LINE IF POSSIBLE.

If you're referring to your TD Visa Debit Card, you are able to access your statement information by following the steps Yen mentions above.
If you are referring to your TD Credit Card, you are able to request previous statements by calling us 24/7 at 888-561-8861 or by visiting any TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
