If you applied online for a loan with us, a copy of the application does not print after you submit the form. We are also unable to print a competed application copy at this time and we apologize for any inconvenience.
If you need information in regards to your application, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to call our Financial Solutions Group 24/7 by dialing 800-937-5020. Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store for assistance. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their lobby hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You are also able to contact us via the number listed above or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours to check the status of your application.
If you would like to check the status for a Mortgage Loan Application, you have the option of checking online by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ni9Gzu. Simply input the User ID and Password you created at the time of your application.
Additionally, within the first 10 business days after you have applied, TD Bank will send you a letter by mail with the Loan Application decision.
