Sounds like you have previously set up a low or high balance alert for your Checking or Savings account via Online Banking. If so, you'd be notified of your balance threshold at a certain point via emails. You can view more information and manage these alerts by logging onto your Online Banking and clicking on the “Alerts” tab. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
