They're telling me if I don't send them the info, TD will cut off access to my home equity line of credit. Is this legit?

To best confirm if TD Bank has, in fact, sent any mail to you about your Home Equity Line of Credit, we invite you to give our Financial Solutions Group a call. We're available 24/7 at 800-937-5020. We'll be able to review your account to determine if we have tried to reach you.
In the interim, we suggest that you refrain from contacting any of the numbers or email addresses provided in the letter until we can verify our contact with you.
