I'm trying to deposit my pay check into my student checking account!

Welcome to TD Helps, Meaghan. We're sorry you are having difficulty using the mobile deposit feature.
There are a number of reasons that your mobile deposit could be rejected. Please make sure you attempt the deposit in a well-lit area. If the check is old or faded the camera may not be able to pick up the information. If that is not the case, you can try deleting and reinstalling the app. If you continue to experience difficulty please deposit the check with a teller at a TD Bank Store or via the ATM.
